SMPS Wisconsin Tour and Happy Hour in Madison

Join SMPS Wisconsin for a tour of The Lyric Apartments, a new mixed-use development in downtown Madison. The first three floors of The Lyric are filled with retail stores and office space. The following seven floors are filled with high-end studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. The project won an Associate Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin Projects of Distinction Silver Award and a Daily Reporter Top Project Award. Please meet at The Lyric Apartments lobby area.

A Happy Hour will be held immediately following the tour at the Avenue Club, 1128 East Washington Avenue, Madison, WI.

4:30 pm to 5:00 pm – Meet and mingle at The Lyric Apartments lobby area
5:00 pm to 6:00 pm – Guided tour of The Lyric Apartments (Tour leaves at 5:00 pm sharp)
6:00 pm to 7:00 pm – Happy hour at the Avenue Club (within walking distance)
