Holly Bolton, FSMPS, CPSM
A self-proclaimed word nerd, Holly Bolton is both director of marketing at CE Solutions, an Indianapolis-area structural engineering firm, and president of 3chord Marketing, a marketing communications firm. Her 17 years of experience also include fulfilling several roles at a newspaper, marketing for an engineering firm in Kansas City and directing communications for an architecture and engineering firm in Indianapolis. Holly has served in a variety of local, regional and national roles for the Society for Marketing Professional Services, including president of the Indiana chapter, chapter delegate on the national SMPS board of directors, and president of the SMPS Foundation board of trustees. A Certified Professional Services Marketer and an SMPS Fellow, Holly co-authored the SMPS Foundation research white paper, The Client’s Use of Social Media and Social Networking and the SMPS book, A/E/C Marketing Fundamentals. ENR recently named her one of the Midwest’s Top 20 under 40. Holly has presented around the country on marketing, business development and leadership topics and has a bachelor of science in public relations with a creative writing minor from the University of Central Missouri.
